Your Injection Urethane & Rotocasting Company
When you need lightweight and durable parts in large volumes, injection urethane molding and rotocasting are fantastic options. Whatever your project goals and needs, produce parts and components en masse with these processes.
The thermoplastic A and B side material is injected at high speeds into an epoxy or aluminum mold. Injection molding makes the same product in quick succession and produces consistent results no matter how many cycles it goes through. One of its key benefits is its industrial grade durability and detailing that can be provided on both sides of the part. This makes it a go to product for OEM as well as aftermarket automotive part suppliers. All though the material as cast is great for industrial class finishes it can be painted to a class A finish. Some products include, car bumpers, engine housing, shrouds, and ground effects to name a few.
Rotocasting, also known as centrifugal casting, is used to produce hollow items. This process combines high temperature, low pressure, and rotation. To start, the self-curing resin fills the cavity of the heated mold, which is then rotated so that the material conforms to the inner walls. The centrifugal force helps to evenly distribute the material. Use rotocasting to make a wide variety of applications, from machinery to toys and other consumer goods.
Painted Rhino is where dreams are made. They took my sketches and improved upon them and sculpted me the fiberglass components on my truck that allowed me to win the Ford design award at SEMA.
