Our Concept Design and Engineering Process
CNC Sculpting
This process leverages coded programs for fully automated cuts. CNC sculpting makes the manufacturing process less labor intensive and with more precise results than hand-machined products. Common materials include foam, wood, aluminum, bronze, copper, and plastics such as polypropylene and acrylic to name a few.
CNC Milling
Our milling machines create custom parts and products from a variety of materials. Similar to CNC sculpting, materials include wood, aluminum, metals, glass, and plastic. Milling is also more suitable for materials that CNC routers were not designed to handle. This includes hard materials such as titanium.
3D Printing
Turn your digital model into three-dimensional products with our 3D printing or additive manufacturing services. We start with your 3D model followed by slicing, a process that divides or “slices” your model into layers. After slicing, your 3D model is all prepped to be printed layer by layer. Versatile and quick, 3D printing is ideal for rapid prototyping and manufacturing. Create furniture, industrial parts, movie props, scale models, automotive and aviation parts, and more.
Hand Sculpting
While we have our well-maintained machines, our talented team can also hand-craft products for your needs. Our on-staff design team with backgrounds in visual art can help you refine your product to make for easier production and better performance in the marketplace.
